๐ Parsed Emails
Keeping track of the emails
If you have several saved searches on Tori.fi, (just like I do ๐) you might be receiving a lot of emails. These emails contain the latest listings matching your search criteria. As discussed in the Deep Dive into Bettertori.fi post, Bettertori parses these emails, and saves the listings to the database.
Now, with the latest updates, you can see the parsed emails directly on Bettertori.fi. This will give you more insights into the data which is being parsed from the emails.
More insights to the rescue
Data is everything! This features gives even more context of your Tori.fi items. You can keep track which email contained which listings, and when they were parsed.
The email id of which the listing were parsed from now going to get attached to the listing itself, which will make it possible to query the listing based on which email they were coming from.

Data visualization
Data means nothing without visualization. This new features comes with a set of charts, which will give you a better understanding of the emails Bettertori is parsing for you. You can see how many listings were parsed from each email, and how many listings were parsed in total, and their respective categories.

Future plans
The way Bettertori will be providing additional, more complex parsing, and filtering logic, this was an essential feature to be added.
Often times, the emails contain listings which are not relevant to you. This feature will make it possible to filter out the listings based on the email they were parsed from, and run them through additional filtering logic.
The goal of Bettertori remains the same: to provide a better, more intuitive way for the users to find stuff they are looking for. This feature is just one step closer to that goal.
